CBI seeks 5-day custody of Chidambaram

P Chidambaram produced before Delhi court in INX Media corruption case. Solicitor General Tushar Mehta arguing for CBI in court says he has moved an application seeking five-day custody of P Chidambaram.

The CBI accuses Chidambaram of misusing his position. Being deliberately evasive is wrong. Chidambaram gave undue advantage of INX media. The CBI says $5 million and $45,000 was paid to Karti.
