CBI preps 100 questions to grill Chidambaram

Former Union Minister and senior Congress leader P Chidambaram, who was arrested by the Central Bureau of Investigation on Wednesday night for his alleged role in INX Media case, will be produced before a special court on Thursday.

The special CBI court is headed by Judge Ajay Kumar Kuhar, that deals with cases pertaining to MPs and MLAs. It is expected that the CBI will seek P Chidambaram's custody for maximum days.

Previously also the CBI had demanded P Chidambaram's custodial interrogation and said that he had been non-cooperative during earlier meets. According to reports, the CBI is prepared to interrogate the former Union Minister with over 100 questions including documentary evidence.

It has been reported that the medical tests of Chidambaram were conducted inside the CBI headquarters in Delhi.
