Rahul reacting to fake news on Kashmir: J-K guv

J&K Governor Satya Pal Malik's office said Rahul Gandhi was responding to fake news possibly spread from across the border about the situation in Kashmir, which is peaceful with negligible incidents.

It also said that the Congress leader can check for himself from various Indian channels which have reported correct position in the Valley.

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday accepted governor Satya Pal Malik's 'invitation' to visit Jammu and Kashmir but said he did not need an aircraft.

Gandhi said he and other opposition leaders would visit Jammu and Kashmir and urged Malik to allow them the freedom to meet people, and soldiers.
