2 get death in 2007 Hyderabad twin blasts case

Two operatives of banned terror outfit Indian Mujahideen, who were convicted last week for the 2007 Hyderabad twin blasts, were death by a special National Investigation Agency court today.

Aneeq Sayeed and Ismail Chaudhary were awarded death sentence, while another accused Tariq Anjum was sentenced to life imprisonment the court.

The court in Hyderabad had convicted the IM operatives of murder and terrorism for the 2007 blasts in the city where two powerful explosions ripped through a popular eatery and an open air theatre, killing 44 people and wounding 68.
