Subramaniam Swamy on the Sunanda Pushkar case: All witnesses and documents were destroyed by the UPA govt and corrupt police. On the basis of current evidence this is what could be done. More information will come during trial. There are allegations on Shashi Tharoor that he forced his wife to commit suicide.

Swamy had moved the top court after the Delhi High Court had last year dismissed his plea seeking a probe by a court-monitored SIT into Pushkars death.
