When Congress MLA from Rae Bareli spoke to Rediff

Aditi Singh, the Congress legislator from Rae Bareli assembly seat, who has spent the weekend battling rumours of an impending nuptials with her party president Rahul Gnadhi, scored a stunning victory in the 2017 Uttar Pradesh elections, trouncing both the BSP and the BJP.

Her victory was even more creditable because she was only one of seven Congress candidates to make it past the victory line.

Soon after her win the MBA graduate from North Duke University, North Carolina in the US, spoke to Rediff.com's A Ganesh Nadar. "Priyanka Gandhi helped me; she personally mentored me in politics as I am a novice," she had said in her interview, here.
