Heads up Mumbai: Boil water for the next few days

The BMC has appealed to Mumbaikars to drink boiled water for the next seven days starting today as the water may be turbid. Water supply from the newly-built Ghatkopar reservoir tank begins today and in the initial few days, the quality of water is likely to be poor. A BMC official said wards -- L (Kurla) and N (Ghatkopar) -- are likely to be more affected.
