After submitting their resignations to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, TDP leaders Ashok Gajapathi Raju and YS Chowdary addressed the press conference.

Both Raju and Chowdary did not blame the PM for the current crisis in the relations between two parties.

Raju said, "Solutions are being attempted and we are trying to get a solution to the problem. We will support the NDA. We called on the PM, he is well aware of the issues. It was a cordial atmosphere."

"I don't think it's fair on our part to expect PM to deal with these issues. It's for the concerned ministries to take up, already considerable amount of time has lapsed," Chowdary said.

Chowdary said that they have only resigned from their posts but will continue to be a part of the NDA.

"We will continue to be a part of the NDA, but not take up any ministerial positions.I dont think there is anything wrong in that," he said.

On the possibility of BJP-YSRCP alliance, Chowdary said, "That is between those two parties, we have nothing to say on that, you can ask them."
