Maratha stir: Fadnavis invites leaders for talks

Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has invited party leaders of both the Houses for a meeting in Vidhan Sabha on Saturday to discuss the ongoing Maratha protest.

Talking to media, Maharashtra Minister Chandrakant Patil confirmed the news and said that the law and order situation in the state due to the Maratha agitation should be discussed by all parties.

"Law and order in the state due to Maratha Reservation should be discussed by all parties. So, Chief Minister Fadnavis has invited party leaders of both houses for a meeting in Vidhan Sabha on Saturday," Patil said after the Chief Minister's meeting with state BJP ministers and party MLAs. -- ANI
