CBI books Farooq for irregularities in J-K cricket association

The CBI has chargesheeted National Conference leader Farooq Abdullah and 3 others for alleged irregularities in J-K Cricket Association, PTI reports quoting officials.

They have been charged under the Jammu and Kashmir State Ranbir Penal Code (the Indian Penal Code is not applicable in J&K) sections related to criminal conspiracy and criminal breach of trust, the officials said.
