Man who plotted Pak prisoner's escape from hospital identified

The man who plotted the shootout at the Shri Maharaja Hari Singh Hospital has been identified as Hilal Ahmed Rather. Hilal helped Pakistani terrorist in police custody Naveed Jhatt escape as he was brought to the hospital for a routine medical check-up. Police indicated that an accomplice of the prisoner opened fire inside the hospital building. Two policemen have died in the incident.
