Congress set for culture shift under Rahul

Congress president Rahul Gandhi is unlikely to appoint a political secretary in a significant departure from Sonia Gandhi's tenure as chief when Ahmed Patel played a pivotal role in that position.

"I am reasonably sure Rahul will not have a political secretary," a leader told The Telegraph. Party leaders who have worked closely with both mother and son said their style of functioning was spectacularly different.
