BJP President Amit Shah on the Rafale verdict by the Supreme Court:

"We welcome the judgement of the Supreme Court, the truth has won. People were being misled by unfortunately the country's oldest party. Rahul Gandhiji should apologize to the nation for misleading people. Want to ask Rahulji what was the source of information on basis of which he made such big allegations.


"Suraj ke oopar kitna bhi keechad ya kitni bhi mitti ucchal lein vo swayam pe hi girti hai. Aage se vo (Rahul Gandhi) aise bachkaane aarop se bachein.


"If Congress had all the proof then why did they not go to the Supreme Court with it? Their B team was already there. JPC is formed only when there is a discussion in the house (Parliament). I challenge Congress for a discussion on it.


"Court has said they are satisfied with decision making process. The court went through all the records and dismissed the plea. The court also said that our neighbours have 4th and 5th generation aircraft hence India also need such aircraft.


I would like to ask a few questions to Rahul Gandhi:

#What was the source of info that you raised such questions on deal?

#It was your govt in power in 2001 when the process was started but from 2007 to 2014 the process was stopped. Why was  this done? What was stopping you from going with the deal?

Whatever deal was done by the Congress, middlemen benefited but our govt did a govt-to-govt deal. It's impartial. Why was a govt-to-govt deal never done by the Congress party?

#Why were these aircraft not inducted by your govt?

Amit Shah replies on Rahul's chowkidar chor hai jibe.
