1993 Mumbai blasts sentencing: Abu Salem is convicted and sentenced to a life term for transporting arms and ammunition to Mumbai from Bharuch in Gujarat. The Tada Court also awards the death penalty to Tahir Merchant. Riyaz Siddique sentenced to 10 years in jail.
