Just In: A Delhi court directs Vijay Mallya to appear before it by December 18 failing which he will be declared a proclaimed offender, and starts the process to declare him as one in a FERA violation case.

The direction came after the Enforcement Directorate approached the court seeking to declare him as a proclaimed offender.
