Rarest kind of incident, says NTPC chief

Update: Panel headed by Executive Director SK Roy looking into the cause of the accident. A report is expected in a month, says NTPC CMD Gurdeep Singh. He added that the NTPC plant explosion is the rarest kind of incident and people maintaining the unit were the most experienced. It will take nearly three to six months to make the unit functional again, the NTPC CMD added.
