At least 60 wounded, says Afghanistan's ministry of health

Update on the Kabul blast: Afghanistan news channel TOLO News says the explosion happened on 14th Street of Wazir Akbar Khan. The Ministry of Public Health officials say at least 60 wounded so far in a suspected car bombing.
