After India made its case in front of the International Court of Justice, now Pakistan responds on the Kulbhushan Jadhav case.

Khawar Qureshi, representing Pakistan at the ICJ said that the ICJ should dismiss the case. "There is no urgency and the jurisdiction in this case is limited and unqualified."

>> There is no urgency in this case. India's application on Kulbhushan Jadhav is unnecessary and misconceived.

>> All the facts have been placed before the court. There are flaws in the request of the applicant.

>> Indian media reported World Court's letter as a 'stay' which it is not. This shows maneuvering.

>> India's position advanced towards this court is a sham. India invoked the court with respect to urgency, not Pakistan.

>> As per the bilateral agreement of 2008 between India and Pakistan, consular access will be given to Jadhav on the basis of merit.
