Immediate threat of death sentence: India tells ICJ

India's agent Deepak Mittal (pictured) tells ICJ that the trial of Kulbhushan Jadhav in a Pakistan court was farcical, urges for provisional measures. He said Pakistan is in violation of the Vienna Convention. "There is an 'immediate threat' that the death sentence of Kulbhushan Jadhav may be carried out even before the country can intervene. Jadhav has been denied his rights; this is a serious miscarriage of justice.
