Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today expanded its Cabinet by inducting 27 ministers including 14 from his own party, Janata Dal-United and 13 from the NDA.

Governor Keshrinath Tripathi administered the oath to all new ministers.

BJP leaders Prem Kumar and Nand Kishore Yadav and Ramvilas Paswan's younger brother Pashupati Paras took the oath today.

Nitish on Wednesday resigned and dumped its allies the Rashtriya Janata Dal and the Congress over corruption charges against former deputy chief minister Tejashwi Yadaav.

Within three hours after Nitish resigned, the BJP had extended support to him to form new government.
