Red carpet laid out for PM Modi as he arrives in Israel

Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrives in in Israel in the first-ever visit to the country by an Indian prime minister. 

Israel's PM  Benjamin Netanyahu will receive PM Modi when he lands at Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv on Tuesday for a three-day bilateral visit marking 25 years of establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries. 

Prime Minister Netanyahu will also accompany his Indian counterpart to all events during his visit to the country between July 4 and July 6.

The two sides are expected to sign a number of strategic partnerships in wide-ranging fields including water, agriculture and space technology during PM Modi's visit.
