Protesters smash windows near Franklin Square

A group of self-described anti-fascist, anti-capitalist protestors marched from Logan Circle toward the Mall. Some in the group tossed bricks at cars and businesses, knocked over trash cans and smashed a limousine. Earlier They yelled No more president.

Authorities used a chemical spray to deal with the crowds at Franklin Square.

Police were also seen chasing protesters near 12th Street and New York Avenue.
