J'khand CM announces Rs 10 lakh for martyred soldiers

Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das today announced a financial aid of Rs 10 lakh each to the families of two soldiers from the state killed in the terror attack in Uri in Kashmir and assured them all help from his government.
