All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen chief Asaduddin Owaisi has said that terrorism will not end with surgical strikes.

Owaisi said that army is to be lauded for the surgical strikes but one such attack is not enough to put an end to terrorism. He said that terror attacks are continuously happening even after the surgical strikes.

Owaisi said that India is not learning anything from the terror attacks that keep happening in the country. "Nothing was done after 26/11 Mumbai attacks. Nothing can happen by just making new laws as such laws are only used wrongly and the investigating teams also don't work properly," he said.

Taking a jibe at the BJP government, he said, "The government is only trying to save 2008 Malegaon blast accused Sadhvi Prachi."
