The CBI on Friday filed its second supplementary chargesheet before a special CBI Court in the Sheena Bora murder case. Hearing is set to begin tomorrow with the accused Indrani Mukherjea, husband Peter Mukherjea and her ex-husband Sanjeev Khanna facing murder charges for the allegedly killing their daughter Sheena Bora.

The court had earlier rejected Peter Mukherjea's plea seeking to defer the hearing for another two weeks as his counsel sought additional time to study the chargesheet.


Rahul Mukherjea, former media baron Peter Mukerjea's son who was in a relationship with Sheena, had also said in his statement that he had last seen her with Indrani, Rai and Khanna when he dropped her near National College in Bandra on the day of the murder.


Indrani's former husband Sanjeev turned approver in the case and blamed her for strangling Sheena, while he restrained her.
