Journalist's car explodes, she escapes unhurt

Prominent journalist Saba Naqvi escaped any harm after her car exploded in flames on Thursday night.

Taking to Twitter, Naqvi wrote, "Friends my 2011 VW Vento exploded in flames. Driver narrow escape. 5 minutes later my kid would have been in car. FIR done. Auto maker accountability?

"I ask because I'm told VW has withdrawn cars in U.S. Market for faulty fuel tank," she further wrote.
