First arrest made in Punjab jailbreak case. An accused named Parvinder arrested held from Shamli in UP. Arms, ammunition recovered from him.

"Accused Parminder has been arrested with huge cache or arms, he has confessed to the crime," Daljeet Singh Choudhary, ADG UP said.

"There was high alert in UP since morning, we had information that the accused might try to go towards Nepal. During the checking, we nabbed him, the officer said.
