No exchange of notes at banks tomorrow; senior citizens exempted

The Indian Banks Association has decided to stop over-the-counter exchange for old Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes for tomorrow but has exempted senior citizens from the same.

The banks have decided to take a one-day break from exchange of currency notes to work on other customer issues.
