Welcome decision to scrap Rs 500, 1,000 notes: Chanda Kochar

ICICI bank's Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director Chanda Kochhar says she welcomes the announcement made by the PM to derecognise Rs 1,000 and Rs 500 notes.

"It is perhaps most significant move ever taken to curtail the parallel economy," she said.
