Vice Admiral Luthra named FOC-in-C of Western Naval Command

Vice Admiral Girish Luthra today succeeded Sunil Lanba as the Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief (FOC-in-C) of the Western Naval Command. Vice Admiral Lanba, who will proceed to New Delhi to take over as the Chief of Naval Staff tomorrow, handed over the command to Luthra at a ceremonial parade here this morning.
