Jawan injured in grenade attack in Pulwama

From Mukhtar Ahmad in Srinagar: One army jawan was injured in a grenade blast in south Kashmir Pulwama district this evening. A senior police officer said militants hurled a grenade at a camp of the Rashtriya Rifles at Kakpora village in Pulwama district.

The grenade exploded injuring a trooper who was evacuated to hospital for treatment.Searches were mounted after the blast.
