PM Modi meets Shah, Jaitley ahead of cabinet shuffle

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday initiated consultations on changes in Council of Ministers and organisation. The PM met BJP President Amit Shah and Finance Minister Arun Jailtely at 7 Race Course Road to discuss the process.

Sources close to BJP leadership confirmed that the cabinet expansion will be very simple but there will be drastic changes in the BJP.

Sources said that Amit shah has freedom to select his team. The reshuffle will take place with an eye on elections in Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab and Gujarat in 2017.
