Double blow for IS, reports 'Times'

'Islamic State has suffered a double blow with the capture of its chemical weapons chief and the reported death of a notorious Chechen commander,' reports Catherine Philp in The Times, London.   

US officials revealed yesterday.that Sleiman Daoud al-Afari, who once worked for Saddam Hussein's military industrialisation authority,where he specialised in chemical and biological weapons, was caught last month in a secretive raid by United States special forces in northern Iraq,' she reports here (for subscribers only).
