SC refuses to stay Delhi HC order upholding TRAI's decision making it mandatory for telecos to compensate subscribers for call drop.

During the hearing, SC observes 'TRAI has jurisdiction to levy penalty on telecos; need to ascertain if call drop is due to telecos fault'

SC will decide the matter on next date of hearing i.e. March 10
