MEA says no reports on Indian casualties in Istanbul Attack

The ministry of external affairs has posted emergency contact numbers of Indians requiring assistance in Istanbul.

'No report so far of any Indian among casualties.Consulate in touch with Istanbul Governorate and Turkish Health Ministry hotline desk,' the MEA tweeted.

'Turkish Air flights to Delhi & Mumbai departed Istanbul last night as scheduled. Both leave Istanbul at around 8pm,' the ministry added.

'Ataturk Airport operations at Istanbul have resumed but long delays are likely:MEA Many flights are reported to have been diverted to Sabiha Gokcen International Airport,delays are expected there as well,' stated the ministry's twitter feed.
