PM asks unwell Jaitley to rest

On learning that Finance minister Arun Jaitley has been running a high fever and has been down with a bout of food poisoning PM Narendra Modi Prime Minister has asked him not to exert himself.

This happened yesterday at the Central Board of Direct Taxes at Vigyan Bhavan in New Delhi. Jaitley is said to have conveyed to the PM that he over ate on Wednesday after the GST meeting in Kolkata.

To this Modi jocularly said that GST was on Jaitley's mind 24x7and that he exerts himself too much.

Today, the PM has been told that Jaitley is better.
