JEE (Advanced) 2016 results on Sunday

The fate of the 200,000 students who qualified for the JEE-Advanced exam will be revealed as the results are declared on Sunday.

Students who cleared the JEE-Mains, the first phase of the two-phase IIT-Joint Entrance Examinations, were eligible to sit for the JEE-Advanced examination conducted by IIT Guwahati on May 22. Those who clear the second and final phase of the exam will be offered a place in one of the premier technology institutes in the country.

The JEE-Advanced 2016 was conducted in two parts while Paper 1 was conducted from 9 am to 12 pm and Paper 2 was conducted from 2 pm to 5 pm.

Even before the results of the Advanced 2016 are declared on Sunday, coaching institutes in Kota -- considered the Mecca of coaching in the country -- are ready with the all-India toppers list and rankings but havent disclosed names.
