Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address a public meeting at Balasore in Odisha today

This would be PM Modi's third visit to Odisha this year and the fourth one after he took over as PM in 2014.

Union Oil Minister Dharmendra Pradhan said the rally is part of a series of meetings to be addressed by PM Modi on completion of the NDA government's two years in office.
