10 killed as suicide bomber attacks security checkpoint in northern Baghdad

JUST IN: A suicide bomber attacked a security checkpoint in northern Baghdad, killing at least 10 people.

This attack follows the Islamic State's twin explosions on Saturday that ripped through crowds of Shiite Hazaras in Kabul, killing at least 80 people and wounding 231 others in their first major attack in the Afghan capital.
