Talks with Pakistan must take place: Khurshid

Asserting that the talks with Pakistan must take place, former External Affairs Minister Salman Khurshid on Monday said that the government must take responsibility for any decision that it takes on the bilateral talks.

" Talks have to happen, must happen but you can't just say definitive yes or no. It depends on the gut feeling and factual situation before the government," Khurshid told ANI.
