German minor alleges sexual assault by auto rickshaw driver in Central Delhi

A teenage German national has alleged sexual assault by an auto rickshaw driver in central Delhi around two months back. The teen, claimed, that on December 14, 2015, she lost her way and an auto rickshaw driver offered her a lift after which he allegedly sexually assaulted her.

She claimed the driver again tried to assault her but after raising an alarm, the auto driver, who was with two other men, fled from the spot. The victim approached Delhi Commission for Women, on February 9 through email. Subsequently, she recorded her statement before DCW on February 20.
