Parliament adjourned till noon

Both houses of Parliament adjourned till noon. The Rajya Sabha chair struggled to maintain order in the house, but had to adjourn after ruckus in the house, the running theme of the winter session of Parliament.

Rajya Sabha MP and Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad said, "Maine notice diya hai kisaanon ka karza maaf karne ke liye, BJP sarkaar kisaan virodhi sarkaar hai. This is for the first time in history of India that it's the ruling party that's not letting the House to function."
