Centre rushing team to oversee Vardah damage

A team from the Centre is likely to reach Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu to oversee the extensive damage caused by Cyclone Vardah. The team will be headed by a Joint Secretary in the Home ministry, while the rest of the team will be drawn from three union ministries. Once constituted, the team will be rushed to these two states.
