Prime Minister Narendra Modi has informed Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu about the BJP's decision to give a gubernatorial position to the TDP. Accordingly, Naidu has appointed Motkupalli Narasimhulu.

Now it is the turn of the PM to identify a state where Narasimhulu will be posted. Most likely Narasimhulu will replace K Rosaiah in Tamil Nadu, but the final decision will be taken only by the Prime Minister.

Narasimhulu was born in Nalgonda district and was elected as MLA from the Thungathurthi Assembly in 2009 and belongs to the Telugu Desam Party.

He was a minister in the NT Rama Rao and Chandrababu Naidu government and has been elected to the AP assembly over five times.
