Guess who is stuck in Delhi traffic!

Heavy rains lashing the national capital has thrown traffic out of gear, causing snarls all over Delhi.

And guess who is stuck in the traffic?

It's reported that the cavalcade of the US Secretary of State John Kerry who is visiting India today, is also stuck in the flooded gridlocked roads from the airport to the city.

Kerry is in New Delhi to attend the second India-US Strategic and Commercial Dialogue.

Before his India visit, Kerry flew to Bangladesh where he said that there was strong evidence that the Islamic State group had a link to militants in Bangladesh.
