Gopichand is my best coach: PV Sindhu

Two days after the Telangana Deputy CM made an offer to PV Sindhu of a new coach, the Olympic silver medallist is happy with her current coach.

"Gopichand is my best coach. Don't want to comment on what minister said," Sindhu replied when asked to react on minister's offer.

After Sindhu's felicitation on Monday, Deputy Chief Minister Mahmood Ali had made an embarrassing mistake in a TV interview where he proposed better coaching for PV Sindhu.

"Sindhu is our daughter and she has made us proud. We will now provide her with an additional coach. Her current coach Gopi is good. But we want her to win Gold medals in the upcoming international competitions," said Ali.
