Who controls Pak's India policy? Here's the answer

In what could be damning proof of Pakistans powerful army controlling India policy, a media report claimed that the Pakistan Foreign Secretary who was in New Delhi on Tuesday was asked to re-route his return flight from Islamabad to Lahore to brief Pakistan Army Chief Raheel Sharif first even before Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.

Pakistan Foreign Secretary Aizaz Chaudhary who met his Indian counterpart, S Jaishankar for the first official meeting between both sides after the Pathankot attack had also skipped the dinner on Tuesday night for visiting dignitaries at the conference, CNN News-18 reported. 

The report claimed that the Pakistani Foreign Secretary was informed mid-air that his flight was being re-routed from Islamabad to Lahore. It is pertinent to note that on Tuesday night the entire top brass of the Pakistan Army was in Lahore while Sharif was in Islamabad.
