Prince's sister says he had no known will

Tyka Nelson, one of Prince's sisters, filed an emergency motion on Tuesday in Carver county district court to have a special administrator appointed to oversee the late musician's estate, saying that to the best of her knowledge, he left no will.

Prince died on Thursday at Paisley Park in Chanhassen. Sources told the Star Tribune they are investigating the role opioids may have played in his death.Authorities said there was no foul play in his death.
