Modi congratulates ISRO for Astrosat

Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated the ISRO team for the successful launch of Astrosat, India's first space observatory. Taking to Twitter, the PM wrote, "Well done @isro. This is one more grand accomplishment for Indian science & our scientists."
