HP CM Virbhadra Singh moves court, seeks FIR copy in DA case

Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh today moved a court seeking directions to the CBI to supply a copy of FIR lodged against him and others in an alleged disproportionate assets case, two days after the agency conducted searches at his Delhi and Shimla residence. His counsel Vijay Aggarwal filed an application in this regard before Special CBI Judge S C Rajan. In the application, Singh has also sought the court's permission to inspect the judicial record of the case lodged against him.
